From time to time as part of a training course for our new team members or to try out new products from different technical vendors, we offer pilot projects to start-up companies with tight budgets and help them with their productivity. Whenever a vendor hands us a new hardware or software that is still in the beta or testing stage, we try to deploy and implement it through clients who are willing to be a test site or a test company to host this new technology. We call this The Pilot Project Process (P3). With no time constraint and no production pressure, we offer our services for a lower rate compared to the regular projects we undertake. Paying less doesn't mean we hold back on our quality workmanship. On the contrary, since this will be a "learning" project we focus and stress the same dedication and effort as we would have for a full-project client. Once the project is completed, the Test Site (Website-Based Pilots) or the Test Company (Database or POS-Based Pilots) will be able to utilize the same functionality just as if they were a full-project client and maintenance programs will be available to them as per the terms and conditions of the Pilot Project Agreement.
